negg® Group attends the Innovation and Start-Up Roundtable in New Delhi

14 Apr 2025

On April 10 and 11, 2025, negg® Group attended the Innovation and Start-Up Roundtable, part of the Italy-India Business, Scientific and Technological Forum held at the Imperial Hotel in New Delhi.

This event, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, marked a key step in strengthening bilateral relations in the most dynamic and strategic sectors of innovation.

The goal was to strengthen cooperation and find new spaces for Made in Italy products. In India, a privileged partner of Italy, Tajani had a meeting with Trade and Industry Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu.

negg® Group had the privilege of engaging with start-ups, investors, private equity funds, and institutional representatives from both Italy and India. It was an inspiring moment to explore potential synergies, especially in light of the proposed INNOVIT hub in Bangalore, an initiative we fully support and are eager to contribute to.

negg® Group took this opportunity to showcase its cutting-edge solutions in cyber security, positioning itself as a bridge between Italian technological excellence and Indian entrepreneurial energy. Our discussions with representatives from InvestIndia and Startup India revealed promising paths for collaboration, confirming a strong interest in digital security and innovation partnerships.

We firmly believe that events like this are essential to building a more connected, international, and open innovation ecosystem.

We extend our thanks to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, the Directorate General for the Promotion of the Country System (DGSP), Italian Embassy in New Delhi, ICE, and the ITA - Italian Trade Agency for this valuable opportunity.
